Once they attached someone else's script to mine (SLIGHT breach of privacy) and on more than one other occasion they've screwed things up. Then they act like it's a huge inconvenience to fix it. They also don't keep a lot of things in stock and then instead of offering to get it in stock, just tell you to go somewhere else. Thanks for telling me to go to Stanhope, anyway, it's WAY better.
